Your roofing company. A new solar division. One coordinated buildout.

We coordinate the infrastructure, partnerships, branding, marketing, remote sales team, and operating processes required to bring your solar division online. You don’t have to build every component independently.

The five phases of your buildout

Solar division positioning, website integration, marketing materials, existing-customer campaigns, and acquisition campaign preparation.

04 · Days 46–60 — Sales Activation

Recruit, onboard, and coordinate remote solar closers. Establish sales workflows and launch campaigns.

05 · Days 61–90 — Optimization & Transition

Monitor performance, refine operations, document processes, and establish the transition or ongoing management plan.

$7,500–$15,000 · Initial 90-day buildout

The engagement fee reflects scope and complexity: company size, locations, geographic coverage, customer database, team capacity, and implementation requirements. Illustrative fees: smaller established businesses approximately $7,500; mid-sized businesses $10,000–$12,500; larger or complex operations up to $15,000. Final scope and fees are agreed before engagement.

During the engagement · 80%

90DSB receives 80% of the agreed commission pool generated by qualifying solar sales during the engagement, subject to signed agreements.

Following the engagement · 20%

For independent operation, 90DSB retains the agreed 20% participation in qualifying solar commissions. No standard monthly management fee applies under this arrangement.

NEWCO equity is a separate provision

Where a separate solar entity is established, 90DSB may retain an agreed equity interest under a separate operating and shareholder agreement. Equity and commission participation are distinct economic rights.

Terms require signed agreements

Transaction eligibility, commission calculations, payment timing, duration, cancellations, chargebacks, ownership rights, and the interaction of commission and equity participation must be defined contractually. Proposed terms remain subject to legal review; no returns are guaranteed.

01 · Independent Operation — Take the Keys

Assume day-to-day operation with the systems, processes, and relationships established during the engagement. Agreed post-engagement commission participation continues. Hourly consulting can be arranged separately.

02 · Outsourced Sales & Marketing

Continue through separately negotiated quarterly engagements: Sales Only for remote sales-team coordination; Marketing Only for strategy, content, advertising coordination, and campaigns; or Sales + Marketing for both. Scope, pricing, deliverables, and renewal terms are agreed separately.

03 · Strategic Consulting

Operate independently with separately arranged hourly support for strategy, business development, and operational guidance.
